Patientline plc in administration

As you may have heard, Patientline plc has filed for administration.

The administrators has sold its operating subsidiary Patientline UK Ltd to a new company, Hospedia Ltd. Hospedia is also buying Premier Telesolutions.

Patientline's syndicate of lenders has reportedly agreed to exchange £35m of Patientline's debt for shares in the new company.

Trading in Patientline plc shares has been suspended and they will be cancelled on Monday.

Hospedia intends to expand the business and offer improved services.
